Amongst all the confusion around nutrition, there is one thing that is undeniable: Fruits, vegetables, whole grains, legumes, herbs and spices are healthy! They hold all our essential nutrients for life. And plant-based nutrition has been associated with less incidence of lifestyle-related diseases. That is why I choose to eat a predominantly plant-based diet. It tastes good, makes you feel good and is good for our planet. It’s a no-brainer for me.
