HOW IT WORKS

Choose your meals

Build your box from the menu ($65 minimum order) and choose weekly or fortnightly delivery — no bundle commitment required.

Select your delivery date

Choose from the delivery dates available for your postcode, shown at checkout and on our Delivery Check tool.

We prepare and pack.

Our kitchen prepares your meals and packs them into a fully recyclable box, insulated to keep everything fresh in transit.

Your order ships

We deliver across Australia between 8am and 6pm AEST.

You get a tracking link

The evening before delivery, we text you a live ETA link so you know when to expect your box.

Where We Deliver

We currently deliver to close to 2,000 postcodes across Australia — including Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth and Adelaide, plus a growing list of regional areas. We're always expanding, so if we're not in your area yet, the Delivery Check tool lets you register your interest.

A couple of things to know:

  • We can't deliver to P.O. boxes, due to the size of our boxes.
  • We don't offer pickup. If your home is outside our delivery range, you can have your order sent to a workplace within our network instead.
Keeping Your Meals Fresh

Your order arrives in a sturdy, 100% recyclable box with an insulating lining, plus one or two ice packs (filled with a water-soluble gel that's safe to drain and dispose of at home). Packed this way, your meals stay fresh for hours after delivery — so there's no need to be home the moment your box arrives.

Tracking Your Delivery

We'll text you a live tracking link the evening before your delivery, so you can watch your ETA on the day. Our courier optimises routes across many deliveries, so we can't offer a specific delivery time — but you'll always know the window (8am–6pm) and be able to track in real time.

Live in an apartment or need building access? Add delivery instructions — a buzzer code, foyer note, whatever your driver needs — at checkout, and they'll follow them.

If You're Not Home

No problem. Your driver will follow any delivery instructions you've provided, or leave your box in a secure spot, and you'll get a text confirming it's been delivered. Your meals are packed to stay fresh well beyond the delivery window, so they'll be ready whenever you get home.

Delivery Fees

Delivery is a flat $15, wherever you are in Australia. Orders over $150 ship free.

Skip, Pause or Change Anytime

No lock-in. Change your delivery frequency, skip a week, or pause your subscription any time from your account dashboard — make the change before your next order is prepared and it applies straight away.

Good to Know
  • Changing your address? Update it in your account before your order is dispatched — we can't guarantee redelivery to a new address once a box is on its way.
  • Delivery day changed on you? This can happen if you've updated your address, your courier hits a scheduling issue, or weather/traffic causes delays. Where we can, we'll let you know in advance.
  • Box didn't arrive in the 8am–6pm window? Track it with your ETA link, and reach out to our support team if anything looks off.
