Golden, gooey and incredibly easy — our plant-based arancini are ready in just five minutes in the air fryer at 180°C, or two minutes in the microwave when you need them even faster. The crust crisps up beautifully while the inside stays soft, melty and deeply satisfying. The kind of snack that feels far more indulgent than it has any right to be.
