Named for its wild, aromatic depth — a gentle tofu and vegetable curry infused with fresh ginger, coconut cream and bright citrus that keeps everything light and alive. No heavy spice, just layered, fragrant warmth that builds with every spoonful. Served over fragrant basmati rice. The kind of curry you can eat any day and always feel good after.

Ingredients:
Basmati rice (23%), vegetable stock [southern ocean sea salt, maize maltodextrin, cane sugar, natural vegetable flavours, yeast extract, dehydrated vegetables(onion, celery), disodium guanylate and insoinate, canola oil  tofu (13%) [soya bean extract, water, E516], carrot (8%), onion (8%), green beans (5%), eggplant (5%), baby corn (5%), olive oil, ginger (0.3%) [reconstituted ginger, preservative (E260, E202), stabilizer (E412)], garlic [reconstituted garlic, sweet paprika, reconstuted onion, preservative (E330)], chilli, lemon juice (0.2%) [squeezed and reconstituted lemon juice, preservative (E202)], coconut sugar, corn flour [corn starch].

Instructions

Storage

  • Keep refrigerated between 0 °C and 5 ' C.
  • If there is no use by date, do not consume. If the tray is damaged or the seal is broken, do not consume.

Heating

Heating In A Microwave

  • Remove sleeve.
  • Peel back one corner of film and remove sauce/dressing, if any.
  • Microwave on high for 2.5 - 3.5 mins or until hot. Heating times may vary.
  • Remove film carefully and consume immediately.

Heating On A Stove Top

  • Remove sleeve and film.
  • Empty contents of the tray into a pot.
  • Heat on high until piping hot.
  • Plate up and consume immediately.
