A deliciously creamy vegan-friendly risotto of Arborio rice cooked in white wine and vegetable stock with leek, button and Swiss brown mushrooms and kale. Infused with the herbilicious flavours of tarragon, parsley and assorted mixed Italian herbs.

Instructions

Storage

  • Keep refrigerated between 0 °C and 5 ' C.

Heating

Heating In A Microwave

  • Remove sleeve.
  • Peel back one corner of film and remove sauce/dressing, if any.
  • Microwave on high for 2.5 - 3.5 mins or until hot. Heating times may vary.
  • Remove film carefully and consume immediately.

Heating On A Stove Top

  • Remove sleeve and film.
  • Empty contents of the tray into a pot.
  • Heat on high until piping hot.
  • Plate up and consume immediately.
