And instead of baked eggs, Swiss and button mushrooms and tofu seasoned and baked with cumin, sweet paprika, thyme, fresh oregano and nutritional yeast for a hit of umami goodness.

Heating
Heating In A Microwave
- Remove sleeve.
- Peel back one corner of film and remove sauce/dressing, if any.
- Microwave on high for 2.5 - 3.5 mins or until hot. Heating times may vary.
- Remove film carefully and consume immediately.
Heating On A Stove Top
- Remove sleeve and film.
- Empty contents of the tray into a pot.
- Heat on high until piping hot.
- Plate up and consume immediately.
