A hearty plant-based pasta bake featuring v2mince simmered in white wine with tomato, eggplant, onion, celery and carrot, seasoned with warming spices like oregano, cloves and cinnamon. Baked with penne and topped with a creamy vegan bechamel, now served with a side of vibrant steamed broccoli for extra colour and goodness.

Instructions

Storage

  • Keep refrigerated between 0 °C and 5 ' C.
  • If there is no use by date, do not consume. If the tray is damaged or the seal is broken, do not consume.

Heating

Heating In A Microwave

  • Remove sleeve.
  • Peel back one corner of film and remove sauce/dressing, if any.
  • Microwave on high for 2.5 - 3.5 mins or until hot. Heating times may vary.
  • Remove film carefully and consume immediately.

Heating On A Stove Top

  • Remove sleeve and film.
  • Empty contents of the tray into a pot.
  • Heat on high until piping hot.
  • Plate up and consume immediately.
